Home Health Nursing
Home Infusion
Our registered nurses safely administer IV therapies to patients in the comfort of their own homes, which often shortens hospital stays. Working in conjunction with the patient's physician, our home infusion program provides patients with a wide range of therapies, including:
- Antibiotic treatment
- Total parenteral nutrition
- Hydration fluids
- Pain management
Home infusion nurses also care for PICC-lines and MID-lines. When
possible, family members or caregivers can participate by receiving
detailed, hands-on-instructions from our nurses who are on call 24
hours a day, seven days a week, should any complications arise.
Wound Care
Our Wound, Ostomy & Continence Nurse (WOCN) evaluates and cares for patients who have skin and wound needs by providing assessments, education, and counseling for patients at home. Our wound care nurse and the patient's physician work together to establish a treatment and prevention plan for difficult or chronic wounds to provide the highest level of care and treatment regimen. Consultations for wound care can be made by referralthrough our Central Intake Station.
Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance covers all nursing specialty
services. Patients will not be denied services based on their ability
to pay. We serve patients in Greenville, Anderson, Spartanburg and
Pickens counties.
