Home Health Services

Through the Home Health Services division of St. Francis HomeCare, we provide specially trained healthcare professionals to administer the types of treatment and therapies that family members often can't. Our team consists of:
  • Registered Nurses
    • Nurses specializing in Home Infusion (or IV Therapy)
    • Wound and Ostomy Care Specialists
  • Dietitians
  • Home Health Aides
  • Physical Therapists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Medical Social Workers
  • Chaplains
We also assist family members in patient care, such as instructing them in the proper administration of medicines and the correct use of medical equipment.

In addition, we offer the services of medical social workers who provide patients and family members with support, counseling and the coordination of financial and community resources.

Our Spiritual Care program provides chaplains who visit patients in their homes. These chaplains help patients work through spiritual and religious issues as they move from one level in the recovery process to the next. They help patients accept, reconcile and grieve diminished health, activity and independence when appropriate.

We are licensed and regulated by the State of South Carolina's Department of Health and Environmental Control and by the federal Medicare program. In addition, we are accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Our services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurers. Patients will not be denied services based on their ability to pay. We serve patients in Greenville, Anderson, Spartanburg, and Pickens counties.
