St. Francis is happy to announce the addition of CarePages to our special services
for patients. Through CarePages, patients can create their own secure website
to announce baby news and/or keep family and friends updated on their time in
the hospital.
St. Francis Opens Specialized Patient Care Center for Geriatric Fracture

Due to the success of the Geriatric Fracture Program, St. Francis is now now taking this program to the next level byopening a specialized
patient care unit. The Geriatric Fracture Center is designed to provide a more
comprehensive team
approach to the elderly patient and their family when dealing with an osteoporotic
fracture.

hospices, Palliative Care has taken on a new role. Today, it aims to relieve pain not just among the dying,
but in hospitalized patients with serious illnesses regardless of their prognosis,
and improve their quality of life, too.
